Anyone interested in submitting voluntary interest forms to be considered for home mitigation funding. Log onto www.houstonrecovers.org and select Flood Risk Reduction from the dropdown menu. Once on the Flood Risk Reduction page, click on the blue box marked “Fill Out A Form” and fill out the online form.
