The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts is pleased to announce that they have posted updated versions of two videos on the Property Tax Assistance Division (PTAD) website:
- How to Present Your Case at an ARB Hearing: A Homeowners Guide; and
- How to Present Your Case at an ARB Hearing: A Guide for Small Businesses.
In addition, the PTAD announces the “truth-in-taxation information” has been updated for 2014 and is now provided through the Web for better ease of use. The truth-and-taxation webpage is located at http://www.window.state.tx.us/taxinfo/proptax/tnt/. The truth-in-taxation videos for 2014 are expected to be posted to the PTAD website in early July.
