We will tour the completion of a 16,000 square foot health and wellness center that will be operated by Central Care Community Health Center.
This project was primarily funded by a $1.1 million Community Development Block Grant awarded from The City of Houston’s Housing and Community Development Department.
Under the auspices of the Dr. Richard E. Wainerdi Wellness Institute, The Fountain of Praise and Central Care Community Health Center are committed to improving the health status of our community. The Hillcroft Health & Wellness Center will offer primary care services, dentistry, outreach, health education and disease prevention programs, as well as a fitness facility.
