(Positive Interaction Program) meeting featuring Crime Stoppers 101, where residents will learn how anonymous tips, community partnerships, and law enforcement collaboration work together to fight crime and improve neighborhood safety. The presentation will be led by Hailey Casey, Education Specialist with Crime Stoppers of Houston, and will cover how tips are submitted, how rewards work, and how this program helps solve real cases while protecting your identity. Follow-Up Candidate Forum Ahead of March Primary![]() ![]() Residents are invited to a follow-up Candidate Forum hosted by the Westwood Civic Club on Thursday, February 26 for a great opportunity to hear directly from candidates before the March 3rd primary election. The forum is from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Prefontaine Hall at Corpus Christi Catholic Church (9900 Stella Link Rd.). Each candidate will briefly introduce themselves and share their priorities, and attendees will have time to visit candidate tables before and after the program. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. We encourage residents to attend, get informed, and be ready to make their voices heard at the polls. After-School Enrichment ProgramThe Houston Parks and Recreation Department’s After-School Enrichment Program offers a safe, fun, and educational space for children ages 6–13. Activities include crafts, fitness, sports, games, and nature exploration, along with snacks and supper at select locations. 🕒 Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM ![]() Marian Park Sunrise Center Food DistributionsFamilies who need fresh groceries are invited to the Marian Park Sunrise Center food distributions throughout the spring.
