May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Now more that ever it is important for us all to tend to our mental wellness. Tomorrow at 7:00pm is an opportunity to check in and and make sure we are doing ok. If you have teens that need support or family members that may need support, I hope you join the virtual town hall meeting.

Also, our office is compiling a comprehensive resource guide so we can care for our mental health every month, just as we do our physical health. We all need help at some point in minimizing any feelings of overwhelm and lack of control. Let’s make sure we make our mental wellness and self-care a priority for ourselves and our community. You are not alone!
