Harris County Selects New Mass Notification System Provider

The Harris County Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management (HCOHSEM) has selected Everbridge as the new mass notification service provider for its Harris County Alerts system which will now be known as Ready Harris Alerts. Everbridge can send messages via text, email, app, voice calls and social media.
