Requests for Proposals

The Five Corners Improvement District (the “District”) is interested in receiving proposals (the “Proposal”) from Contractors (the “Contractor”) who have recent experience in providing ten (10) or more Outdoor Security Cameras (as defined in section 1.3) in order manage the surveillance of illegal dumping in the District.

The purpose of this request for proposals (the “RFP”) is to solicit competitive proposals for the most appropriate Outdoor Security Cameras that provide the robust functionality (the “Services”) as described in Schedule A.

This RFP is designed to provide the Contractor with the information necessary to prepare a competitive Proposal. Similarly, the RFP process is intended to also provide the District with the information it requires to select a Contractor to provide the Services. Specifically, the District is looking for a Contractor whose Solution (as defined in section 1.3) meets or exceeds the District’s requirements as described in Schedule A.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from firms that can: – Develop and implement strategic marketing and public relations programs – Serve as a trusted communications advisor to the District – Proactively and responsively manage internal and external communications – Enhance the District’s visibility, reputation, and stakeholder engagement
