I am saddened and heartbroken about the passing of my friend and sister, Patricia “Pat” Frazier. Pat was a pillar in the Hiram Clarke community, an educator and a strong advocate for those who felt left behind or forgotten. She loved serving her community and fighting for the needs of senior citizens and children.
Her presence was always felt at every community meeting she attended, and when she spoke, people listened. She served as a mentor to many who wanted to join her to advocate for the underserved.
I was blessed to know Pat. You could always count on her to be there for you if you needed help. My deepest condolences go out to her family, friends and the community she loved so much. May she rest in peace.
