The special assessment hearing held December 21, 2015, was adjourned due to unforeseen circumstances, for continuation at a later date, which was proposed for January 13, 2016. After consideration of objections to the date of the reconvened special assessment hearing, the Hearing Examiner has determined to cancel the reconvened hearing until additional notice can be provided. Therefore, please be advised that the reconvened hearing originally scheduled for January 13, 2016 is hereby cancelled.
