It is with great sadness I inform you that our good friend and my Chief of Staff Donald Perkins has passed away. Donald was a much-loved colleague who served the city of Houston for over 20 years. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and his master’s degree from Texas Southern University. He went on to provide exemplary service to Houston residents through his work in the public sector.
Please join me in offering sincerest condolences to his family, friends and colleagues. Donald will be greatly missed.
