35 bond schools to be underway by year’s end HISD is set to have 35 projects underway by the end of 2016, according to the latest Bond Oversight Committee updates.	The next generation of teaching and learning HISD is transforming teaching and learning with the August opening of six new schools and one new classroom wing.	HSPVA gets $7.5 million for upgrades, new name The donation will provide HSPVA with upgraded theater space, more practice rooms, and state-of-the-art A/V equipment.
