District K Friends,
WOW, we are thrilled with the number of residents that have already signed up to come by and pick up a turkey on Friday. I hope you are just as excited as we are to see each other this week.
I’m so happy that the District K office has so many amazing community and business partners that are willing to join me in spreading some holiday cheer. Several of our seniors have asked and we’re bringing back the “Turkey Gift-Away” this year. Last year the Holiday prepared meals from Lemond Kitchen were a big hit and we will surely do that again on another occasion.
We hope you will join us on December 16th from 10 am to 12 pm for a drive through community celebration at the Fountain Life Center. There will be music, holiday fun and of course, your turkey. Simply reserve your family turkey by emailing or calling the District K office at

The turkeys are our gift to District K residents. You must currently live in District K to register. After 12 noon on December 16th, if there are any turkeys that have not been picked up or left over, we are happy to share with other residents.
