Vice Mayor Pro Tem to Host Deed Restrictions Round Table Discussions in July

 
District K residents are invited to join Vice Mayor Pro Tem Martha Castex-Tatum to address any concerns or issues that Homeowner Associations and Civic Clubs may be experiencing. Topics, among many, will include deed restriction enforcement, how to run a board meeting, board election issues and collecting assessment fees. Below are the three dates and location options:

Vice Mayor Pro Tem Partners with Houston Humane Society to Host Pet Pantry Event!

 
Pet Pantry Alert!!! As the demand for pet food continues to rise, we are working to assist. Join us on Thursday, July 7th at the Hiram Clarke Multi-service Center for our next pet pantry in partnership with the Houston Humane Society. Let’s make sure all of our District K pets remain healthy and fed. There are no appointments or requirements to pick up pet food for your family pet.

New Faith Church and Houston Food Bank Grocery Give-Away!

 
Vice Mayor Pro Tem Martha Castex-Tatum invites the community to come out for free breakfast and groceries this Thursday, July 7th. New Faith Church and the Houston Food Bank are working together to help Houstonians stretch their dollars. There are no appointments or requirements to meet for participation. Just drive through and pick up fresh fruits and vegetables for your family. FYI – the pears and watermelons given away last time were extra sweet!
