TJ Tijani is a real estate developer whose portfolio consists of a mix of single and multi-family properties that he buys, remodels, furnishes, and turns them into full time short term rentals. His current focus is purchasing medium size multifamily properties and converting them to Airbnb boutique hotels.

Christopher Senegal, a social impact real estate developer, often referred to as “Mr. Buy the Block”, is known for his socially conscious way of revitalizing neighborhoods that are experiencing gentrification and providing opportunities to minorities in historically black neighborhoods.

Christa Stoneham is a community development professional with over 15 years of experience. She serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Houston Land Bank (HLB). HLB’s mission is to steward, vacant, abandoned, dilapidated and contaminated properties into equitable and transformational developments in Houston’s most vulnerable and underestimated communities.
