As you are well aware, last night and in the early hours of this morning, Houston experienced unprecedented rains and severe flooding. We urge Houstonians to stay off the roads as there is still flooding occurring in several parts of the city, especially around Brays Bayou. There are vastly different conditions from one part of the city to the next, so even if it’s fine where you are, it may not be where you are going. Please call 311 to report damage and 911 if you are experiencing an emergency.
