Houston-based Hines is the latest developer to announce plans for an industrial park in southwest Houston, a submarket that’s been heating up in recent months.
Hines will develop Beltway Southwest Business Park on 75 acres of land at the northeast corner of Beltway 8 and Fort Bend Toll Road. The Class A, master-planned business park will be capable of accommodating approximately 950,000 square feet of light manufacturing and distribution space.
