• Free eye exam & glasses on site – No cost to qualified families. Parents must be present to sign consent form.
• Free immunization – Must have child’s shot records.
• Free assistance with Medicaid or CHIP applications, renewals, and recertifications
• Free prizes and giveaways!
• Free BACKPACK stuffed with school supplies! – First 150 school-age children. First-come, first-served
• Free bicycle drawing! Must be present to win.
