Several art installations are coming to your neighborhood courtesy of South Post Oak Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone 9 (TIRZ 9).

Via this online form, neighborhood residents and stakeholders can “vote” for artistic renderings for three projects including:

  1. a “mini mural” that will transform a drab traffic signal control cabinet into a vibrant piece of civic art at S Post Oak @ Heatherbrook.
  2. a mural on the concrete barriers of the bridge crossing at W. Orem @ Chimney Rock.
  3. murals at the trailhead at Sims Bayou Trail @ S Post Oak.
