The, Houston City Council approved $15 million in federal relief funds to help residents affected by the economic downturn pay their April and May rent. The funds will be administered by Baker Ripley and landlords will need to apply to participate in the relief program on May 7th. Tenants in participating properties can apply for assistance next week.
