green-header The Housing and Community Development Department is pleased to announce the opening of the Minor Critical Emergency Home Repair Program operated through Rebuilding Together Houston. Rebuilding Together Houston has successfully completed two previous contracts for home repair programs with the City of Houston. This third contract was approved by City Council on April 13, 2016, and intends to assist approximately 200 elderly or disabled households with incomes below 120% of Area Median Income (AMI) by providing minor home repairs critically needed to alleviate life, health or safety hazards.
