The CIP is a forward-looking document outlining infrastructure improvements in the district. This plan organizes projects by priority, project capacity and timing constraints, and identifies funding sources for all anticipated projects. Hiram Clarke Bridging the Divide Meetings Move to 4th Fridays

Prior to the Holidays, the District K office polled the existing attendees of the Bridging the Community Divide and asked to move the monthly meetings to the 4th Fridays instead of the 4th Thursdays. As part of this move, the meeting location within the Hiram Clarke Multi-Service Center will also change to a larger room to accommodate the growing attendance every month. SAVE THE DATE! – District K Announces the 2016 Capital Improvement Plan Meeting

Council Member Green is scheduled to host the annual District K CIP meeting on Thursday, March 10, 2016. This year's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) meeting will occur at Willowridge High School, 13901 Chimney Rock Rd., 77053 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The CIP meetings are held every year to inform citizens of upcoming projects scheduled in their respective communities. The meetings afford citizens an opportunity to learn, voice their concerns and address City of Houston officials regarding project planning & delivery.
